The Brief
Launch a significant global rebrand for a world-leading design, engineering and project management firm.
The Solution
I partnered with key stakeholders in multiple countries to ensure a positive reception of the brand on launch day—and well beyond.
I conducted stakeholder interviews, ran a competitive analysis, and participated in hands-on working sessions to develop:
Internal and external messaging frameworks
Materials to support pre-launch outreach and education
Launch materials to support unveiling in Canada, United Kingdom and the United States
Post-launch resources to maintain momentum.
