The Brief

Develop a new brand identity and content for a new podcast series to grow awareness of Cisco as a leader in cybersecurity among a broader audience. Previously, the company was best known for selling to enterprise customers. They want to expand their offerings to small business owners. They are, most importantly, relatable.

The best way for Cisco to dispel perceptions of being too expensive/big for small to medium-sized business is to become more approachable.

The result:

Increased awareness, trust, and engagement.

One listener said, "Love the podcast. Many times I struggle with technology podcasts being dry, questionable relevancy, etc… but you did a great show and easily shared how/why its relevant across the board. You guys were easy to listen to and kept me engaged. Keep up the good work."

Their trusted security solutions are now frequently chosen by small business owners, particularly in managed security services and network protection appliances, which are essential for safeguarding against cyber threats
